‘Den Musikalske Lykkepille’ is an association that works to help vulnerable children and traumatised young people to flourish with music and creative processes in a tried-and-tested workshop programme.
“We visit a number of crisis centres in North Jutland and invite the children to join in workshops where, in a secure atmosphere and on their own terms, they can let go of their worries and express themselves in music and song, words and pictures. The objective is to help them to (re)discover or strengthen their enthusiasm for life, find their creative talents and imagination, and in that way enjoy life more,” explains Lone Wernblad.
The project is led by musician and music teacher Lone Wernblad together with a team of appropriate artists and musicians.
