The Family Life with ADHD project aims to support the families of children with ADHD through a combination of education, practical methods and shared family activities. Both children and parents gain new knowledge about ADHD, sensory processing and educational strategies, and learn specific methods they can use in everyday life.
An important aspect of the project is to create a secure community, where families can meet others in the same situation, share experiences and build networks. At the same time, the children have an opportunity for joint activities and greater understanding of their own challenges.
The aim is to improve the family’s general well-being, relationships and everyday life by providing the parents with a better basis for supporting their child and creating structure, calm and a sense of order. At the same time, we hope the project will prevent stress, conflicts and dissatisfaction, giving the family a stronger foundation for coping with life with ADHD.
